Between Clean Sheets: A Story with Pertinent Health Care Insights
There is a rumbling among Americans when it comes to our health care and our legislation’s reform on health care. Author Janette Warrington hears our rumblings and speaks out as a concerned American, but also as a caregiver who has advocated for health-care change. Through her unique storytelling abilities, Janette uses a fictional family’s difficulties to show how health care has changed worldwide since the 1940s. Setting the story in Holland, Janette reveals comparisons of the U.S. health-care system to that of European and socialist health-care systems. Each chapter provides a variety of reflections and insights pertinent to today’s health-care issues and health-care reform.
