Benny Tate, PhD, has served as senior pastor of Rock Springs Church in Milner, Georgia, since 1990. Under his leadership, the congregation has grown from eighty to more than eight thousand people. Dr. Tate served as president of the Congregational Methodist denomination for ten years and has served as the chaplain for the United States Senate and House of Representatives.
